Cycle to Shrewsbury station day
Shrewsbury railway station
2nd March, 2010 - 06:00 to 18:00
New cycle parking will soon be installed at the station entrance and on platform 3 and a basic cycle repair and maintennace kit will be available to borrow from the customer assistance point on the main platform.
We want to find out from station users what they think of the facilities for cyclists at the station; and what might encourage more people to combine cycling and train travel, whether by taking bikes on trains or just using them for their journey to the station.
Our interviewers will be carrying out surveys at the station during the day, so please look out for them and take a few minutes to answer their questions. Anyone who completes the survey and joins Cycle Shrewsbury on the day will have the chance to be entered into a prize draw to win rail tickets from Wrexham and Shropshire. Find out more.
