Part of our series of Sustrans Bike It free activities for families on Wednesdays in August 2012.
A free cycle skills session for riders aged 8 and over who are new or nervous and who need to build confidence and control on their bikes. The session will focus on starting, steering and stopping independently through games and activities.
Sessions will take place on the tennis courts near the cycle trackat the Sports Village.
Subject to availability session we will finish with access to the cycling track – helmets must be worn for this bit.
Children must be accompanied by an adult, who are welcome to bring bikes and join in or can take part on foot.
