Upcoming events
Everyone is getting ready for the Big Pedal in March 2012! The Big Pedal is the UK's largest cycle to school event; every trip to school by bike will count towards a “virtual” stage race round the UK. This is open to all schools not just Bike It schools, you can register on the website.

Safer routes to school is a project which makes improvements to roads and paths around schools to try to make it safer for children going to school.
Cycle Shrewsbury has undertaken safer routes to school schemes at the following schools:
You might have noticed some new cycle racks or shelters being built at your school recently.
Cycle Shrewsbury has installed lots of new cycle racks and shelters across schools in Shrewsbury to make sure that you can park your bike without having to worry about it getting stolen or wet from the rain. We've also installed new scooter racks to free up space in your cycle racks for bikes.
