Cycling clubs for kids

Richard Stephens, the Cycle Shrewsbury cycling coach, started work in March 2010. He will be organising after school cycling clubs. More infomraiotn will be added to this page once these clubs have been established.

Currently some schools do have cycling clubs or similar activities which are organised by the Shrewsbury Schools Sport Partnership. If you go to any of the following schools there may be cycling activities that you can get involved in:

Sundorne Infant school
Meole Brace Infant School
Severndale School
Belvidere School
Meole Brace School

In the meantime, if your school does not have a club, why not go along to one of the youth cycling club sessions run by the Mid-Shropshire Wheelers at the Shrewsbury Sports Village on a at 11am on Saturday mornings? Check out the Mid-Shropshire Wheelers website for more details.
