Shrewsbury walking and cycling map

Your indispensable guide to getting around Shrewsbury by bicycle. This leaflet includes 2 detailed maps showing all the cycling routes in Shrewsbury. The leaflet also contains lots of useful information such as the location of cycle parking, tips on road use for cyclists and Shrewsbury cycle shop contacts as well as information on the benefits of cycling.

The leaflet is available from the visitor information centre and libraries in Shrewsbury or you can order or download a copy of this leaflet.

Shrewsbury cycle rides

A leaflet featuring four circular leisure rides into the countryside around Shrewsbury. The rides range from 10 to 29 miles long and take in some amazing views of the Shropshire Hills and attractions including Attingham Park, Home Farm and Lyth Hill County Park. The National trust offers free admission to Attingham Park grounds if you arrive by bike, find out more.

The leaflet will be available from the visitor information centre and libraries in Shrewsbury from mid-June or you can order or download a copy of the leaflet.

Family friendly rides series

Cycle Shrewsbury has produced a series of five family friendly ride leaflets packed with information about and ideas for cycling with children in the Shrewsbury area. The five leaflets available are:

There are over 20 free leaflets showing cycle routes around Shropshire from long distance national cycle network routes to circular routes from market towns to shorter family-friendly rides.
