A. Shropshire Council offers its employees the tax free cycle purchase scheme as part of its 'rewarding people' scheme. More information for staff can be found on the Shropshire Council intranet. If you do not have asccess to the intranet, please contact us on 01743 255435 or email cycle.shrewsbury@shropshire.gov.uk
If you are an employer and you are considering offering a cycle purchase scheme, Cycle Shrewsbury can offer advice, please contact us. You can find out more about the scheme on the cycle purchase scheme website.
A. If your event is based in or around Shrewsbury and is related to cycling, you can add it to the Cycle Shrewsbury diary by completing our add your event online form.
If you are organising a cycling event for charity which is not based in Shrewsbury, email the details to cycle.shrewsbury@shropshire.gov.uk and we will add it to our charity rides page.
If you are organising a cycle event in Shropshire outside of Shrewsbury email the details to cycle.shrewsbury@shropshire.gov.uk and we will add it to the Shropshire Cycling website.
A. No, unfortunately the venue does not allow us to sell food or drinks at BikeFest. (Refreshments are available through the Sports Village cafe).
A. If the smoothie bike is not being used for a Cycle Shrewbsury event, if may be available to loan out for events.
You will need to supply your own cups and ingredients. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer. There is no charge , however you will be asked to pay for any damage to the bike or smoothie equipment.

A. Please contact us with details of your requirements. We can often supply one-on-one training for free or for a small charge. From time to time we also arrange courses or events including skills or maintenance training, they will be advertised here.
A. Possibly. Cycle Shrewsbury can often supply stands if you will pay for them to be installed. Please contact us on 01743 253035 or email cycle.shrewsbury@shropshire.gov.uk with more details of your request.
